Introducing our collaboration with the one and only, Black Cap Hot Sauce!
Truth be told, we were dying to bring our fans a spicy chocolate bar and we think y’all are going to love it!
So how do we do it? We coat potato chips in Black Cap’s signature, Fresno chili pepper based hot sauce, bake ‘em, grind ‘em, and mix them in with a house-made peanut praline. In addition to the sweet and salty nature of this chocolate bar, there’s just enough of a mouth warming heat to keep you coming back for one more bite.
Spice level: 3/10.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), peanut praline (peanuts (peanuts, peanut oil, salt), sugar), cocoa butter, potato chips (potatoes, sunflower oil, sea salt), Black Cap hot sauce (red Fresno chilis, sea salt, garlic, ginger, lime zest), flake salt (sea salt).
