Ordering FAQ

To purchase in person, you can buy from us by attending the Worthington Farmers Market which takes place every Saturday during market season. Select products are available on our website that allow pre-ordering and pick up options at the Market.
For online ordering, you may use our online shop to place your order.
Can’t make it to the market? Check out our retail partners to see if our products are available closer to you!
We do not have a store front.
Be sure to keep an eye on our Upcoming Events page and our Instagram/TikTok feed for updates on pop-up events and markets we will be attending.
We offer shipping via our site during checkout. For custom orders that need to be shipped, please contact us.
We do not currently offer delivery via our site. However, if you’re located in the greater Columbus area, there may be times that we are able to deliver directly to you for custom orders.

All of our items are made by hand, many of which are made to order. You may contact us to determine order lead times so we have enough time to produce the best quality goods for you.

Many of our chocolate products will last anywhere from 30 days to 1 year. There is a best by date on all of our products.
Our bakery items are best enjoyed within 7 to 14 days of purchase.
For chocolate items, store in a cool, dry place anywhere between 55°F - 65°F. Consume between 65°F - 70°F.
We do not recommend storing chocolate items in the refrigerator.
For bakery items, store in a sealed container at room temperature. To extend shelf life, you may freeze our cookies and brownies up to 2 months in the freezer.
We take food allergies very seriously. Please feel free to review our Allergens & Ingredients list for our products and please reach out if you have additional questions.
