This mix produces hot chocolate that is thick like a European style drinking chocolate, but still reminiscent of the classic American style hot chocolate flavor. We use our 62% dark chocolate giving this a rich, robust flavor that will blow those sad supermarket hot chocolate packs out of the water.
This mix will yield approximately two 8 oz cups. We recommend using whole milk when using this mix, but milk alternatives like almond or oat milk also work great. We strongly urge against using water with this hot chocolate mix.
